Order number not working? Make sure you use the order number from your confirmation email (for example 1234), not the payment transaction ID.
When will my order ship?
- Processing: orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- United States: usually 7–20 business days after dispatch.
- Canada: usually 7–20 business days after dispatch.
- Duties & taxes: prepaid by us (Delivered Duty Paid) — nothing to pay when the parcel arrives, in the US or Canada.
- You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse. If you ordered as a guest, check your spam folder.

Something looks wrong?
- No tracking email after 3 business days: support@elloglow.com
- Tracking hasn’t moved for 5+ days: message us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
