These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of elloglow.com (the “Site”), operated by ElloGlow, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China (“ElloGlow”, “we”, or “us”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Products and Sizing

We sell plus-size lingerie, bras, shapewear, swimwear, and related apparel. Product images are for illustration; colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. Sizing guidance is provided on each product page. Our Perfect Fit Guarantee allows you to exchange sizes with shipping covered in both directions within the United States.

2. Orders and Pricing

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars and include product cost only; applicable taxes or customs duties (for non-U.S. orders) are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized reselling, or obvious pricing mistakes, with a full refund of any amount paid.
  • Order acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation email.

3. Payment

We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout (including PayPal). By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and begin after order processing. Detailed shipping information is available in our Shipping & Returns Policy. We are not liable for carrier delays, but we will assist with lost-package claims where possible.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Returns: unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund using our prepaid return label (U.S. orders). Please keep tags attached and original packaging where possible.
  • Exchanges: our Perfect Fit Guarantee covers one free size exchange per item, with shipping covered both ways (U.S. orders).
  • For hygiene reasons, panties and other intimate items may only be returned if unworn and with original tags and hygiene liner intact.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, product photography, the ElloGlow name and logo — is our property or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, scraping at scale, interfering with site operation, or submitting false reviews or fraudulent orders.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable consumer law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except for products sold to consumers, where mandatory statutory rights apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation by contacting support@elloglow.com. Any unresolved dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Foshan, Guangdong, China. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief, or consumers from bringing claims in their local small-claims or consumer forum where permitted by law.

12. Communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional communications related to your orders. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent and can be unsubscribed at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
