Absolutely! All our product images are taken of the actual items, and we strive to display colors, fabrics, and details as accurately as possible. Due to differences in monitor settings and lighting, there may be slight color variations, but the style, design, and quality will be identical to what you see. Each piece is crafted with the premium materials and thoughtful construction we promise, so you can shop with confidence.
We offer a 30-day return/exchange service for unused, unworn items with original packaging and tags intact. Customized products (if any) are non-returnable. For hygiene reasons, bras, panties and other intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or tried on, unless faulty. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service first to obtain a return authorization number. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Refunds will be issued within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, and the funds will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal), typically within 5–10 business days.
Most popular "out of stock" items will be restocked within 2-4 weeks. You can click the "Notify Me When Restocked" button on the product page to receive an email alert once the item is available again. For some limited-edition styles, restocking may not be possible — we recommend following our Facebook/Instagram accounts (Elloglowunderwear) for updates on new arrivals and restock information.
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Orders of $49.00 USD or more ship free; orders under $49.00 USD ship at a flat standard rate of $7.49 USD.
